We are looking for a talented US Sales Director to join Kanpla with the clear goal of achieving a market leading position within the US market for Contracted Food Service.
You will be taking on a crucial role in our organization to further grow market share within the Business and Industry, K-12, Independent School, and Higher Education markets. The role will come with a competitive compensation package, options to obtain shares in the company and the opportunity to grow with & within the company.
The role is East Coast based (ideally Philadelphia or New York), but other East Coast hubs will also be considered.

We are currently operating across more than 3500 different locations within 14 countries and working with the largest operators (Compass Group, Aramark, ISS etc.) and most forward thinking companies & educational institutions in the market.
With our recent fundraising (total of +$10M raised), a great European market position and a team of 55 rockstars, we are now ready to go all-in on our US-expansion - and we have high ambitions for what to achieve. We already have the first US customers signed, first US employee, and are looking for a skilled & passionate Sales Director to help drive our success to new levels.

- Get the chance to help shape our US business & lead the expansion of a proven technology system from Europe
Who are we looking for?
As our new US Sales Director, you will bring a motivated mindset and a skillful set of competences.
We’re looking for:
- A high level of ownership, passion and willingness to go the extra mile
- 5+ years of experience in Sales roles (Minimum 1 year in Leadership)
- Industry knowledge around Contracted Food Service
- Service-oriented and collaborative approach to customer and peer relationships
- Effective organization, planning, problem solving and analytical skills
- Based on the US East Cost (ideally Philadelphia or New York)
