Are you ready to take strategic ownership of Kanpla’s partnerships in the Nordics? Kanpla is on a mission to digitalize contract catering, and we’re looking for a Nordic Customer Success Director to lead, grow, and elevate our presence and position across the region.
This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll combine strategic account leadership, commercial ownership, and cross-functional execution to maximize long-term value for both Kanpla and our Nordic enterprise clients.

As Nordic Customer Success Director, you’ll have end-to-end responsibility for Kanpla’s top-tier enterprise customers in the Nordics. You’ll ensure we deliver exceptional value at scale, expand existing agreements, and position Kanpla as a long-term strategic partner.
This role goes beyond classic account management, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, drive complex initiatives, and help define how enterprise partnerships are managed across the company.
In this role, you will:
Own and grow Kanpla’s Nordic enterprise portfolio, with responsibility for retention, expansion, and long-term success
Act as the senior commercial and strategic lead for key Nordic accounts, engaging C-level and executive stakeholders
Drive and execute enterprise-level initiatives, from rollouts and expansions to strategic pilots and partnerships
Collaborate closely with the VP of Customer Success, VP of OPS, and Commercial teams

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Senior Account Management, Enterprise Project Management, or Customer Success leadership
Strong track record managing and growing large, complex enterprise accounts, ideally in the Nordics
Structure- and project management excellence
Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of digital platforms and B2B SaaS value creation
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving scale-up environment
Fluent in a nordic language and English (second nordic language is a plus)
